Sam Carter has more than 20 years of business experience that combines a rare blend of technical knowledge and marketing ability. His background is in software development of real-time systems, and network design for large international enterprises, including Gould SEL, Telematics International, ECI Telecom and various companies in Europe and Asia. Since 1999, Sam has designed, implemented, and operated several eLearning delivery systems that provide security awareness training to Federal Government and Financial institutions. Sam holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Florida.

Jack Schnapper

Jack has been working in IT since 1980, when he started as a Univac mainframe programmer with Sperry Corporation. He has worked as a programmer/analyst on IBM mainframes as well as on Windows and Apple computers. Jack has experience in the public and private sector, specializing in finance and manufacturing environments.

At ELC, Jack is responsible for Quality Assurance (QA), ensuring our clients a seamless software experience on all platforms, from desktop to mobile (tablets, smart phones) devices. Jack has a BBA from Hofstra University.
